This handmade artwork transforms a photograph of a cactus and soil into a raw, symbolic piece that channels the album’s themes of excess, desire, and self-destruction. Through bold editing and abstraction, the design plays with drug symbolism and the stereotypical rock-and-roll aesthetic, capturing the rebellious energy that defines Californication.
